4. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.solacebeads.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
Return/Refund Conditions
1. Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving to change your mind and return the items. (Customized products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.)
2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.If the item you received is defective/wrong,please provide the corresponding order number and pictures of the items received at .
3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.Before returning an item, you need to contact us and submit a request. We will then provide the return address via email.
4. Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.(Note:If the shipping is free, we will also need to deduct the corresponding logistics costs when refunding.）
5. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).

Return/Refund Process
1. Please send an email to contact@mail.solacebeads.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
4. We receive your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
